Salmac is the only supplier of both Shetland Select Salmon™ with the RSPCA′s Freedom Food accreditation and organic salmon accredited by the UK Soil Association™.

Pure Atlantic waters and high standards of husbandry have combined to produce the deep pink, firm-textured Shetland salmon that are favoured by salmon smokers throughout the world.

Ninety per cent of salmon are superior grade and smoker quality and can be packed to customer specification. Fresh salmon fillets are also available in a range of trims.

In addition, the division offers a wide range of other farmed seafood including farmed Scottish and Norwegian halibut, Scottish rainbow trout and Norwegian arctic char.
